Machining and Fabrication
I will strive to build what you need, how and when you need it. I have experience making machines, tools, prototypes, parts, models, fixtures, gauges, guards, coins, trimmers, molds and dies. I can make them to your exacting specifications or offer thoughtful suggestions to reduce costs and improve functionality if you'd like. I will work to achieve the highest levels of quality, fit, form and function.

Excellence in Design
Design services range from simple advice on material selection to conceptual development, documentation and production of complex tooling and specialized machinery. Check out samples of my work on the work page.
With a new design, I generally work with you to create a CAD model. A CAD model allows key
dimensions to be modified at any time as the
design evolves. It also provides something to look at, think about and discuss. PDF or print drawings
can be
generated whenever they are needed.
When you're ready, we can generate the dimensioned drawings required to get quotes from vendors. You
can use Avalon Precision
or any
other competent shop to fabricate your project.

Sometimes the most minute feature determines the ultimate success
of a tool or machine. A job worth doing is a job worth doing well so I sweat the details up front and work to achieve
